Exemption forms (ex. STAR, Agriculture, Sr. Citizen. Disability) were mailed by January 26th. If you didn’t receive yours, call the Town Clerk. Submission deadline is March 1st!

SITE PLAN REVIEW
On August 2, 2017, the Jackson Town Board approved
Local Law #2 of 2017 – Site Plan Review (PLAN)

*MONDAY, APRIL 2nd* – FINAL DAY to pay taxes at Town Clerk’s Office (8 am-3 pm).  If paying by mail, valid U.S. postmarks of April 2nd will be honored.
EXCEPTION:  Bill Payment Processing Centers (online checks) do NOT use U.S. Postal Service postmarks therefore payments MUST ARRIVE to the Town Clerk’s Office by April 2nd or earlier to be considered an on-time payment.
Real Property Tax Law 925 states the following:  If the postmark does not appear on such wrapper or the postmark is illegible such payment shall be deemed to have been made on the date of delivery to such collecting officer.
